Your wedding is coming up soon and you are worried sick about not looking your best and at worst not fitting into that dream gown of yours? The best way for brides to stay trim and shed any extra weight is to get toned up for their big day with a healthy diet and sensible exercise program. You can start this basic exercise routine.
Aerobic Exercise or Cardio. When you wake up in the morning before jumping into the shower, you can exercise for 20mins, Jog on the spot or around the house, do sit-ups and some stretching. This can be done everyday or a maximum of three times a week .If you have a nearby local gym club, you can get registered and speak with the trainer to help you on the problem areas in your body that is a source of concern for you before the wedding day. Swimming, cycling, walking, running, jogging, or skipping are among the best exercises you can do to burn fat instead of muscle . Working out for 10 or 20 minutes in the morning, on your lunch hour, and at night is just as beneficial as one long 30-minute workout. And before long, you would see how active and incredibly toned you are –fit as a yummy bride!
Resistance Training. Whether you have a lot or a little weight to lose, if you’re like most people, you’ll feel better about your body if you tone up. Resistance training is the perfect complement to aerobic exercises like swimming and walking, and is great for improving bone strength and sculpting the body. (Women don’t naturally possess enough of the male hormone, testosterone, to build large muscle mass, so don’t shy away from using barbells or dumbells.)
Start your resistance training with relatively low weights so that you feel muscle fatigue after one set of 12 to 15 exercise repetitions. Again, as you build endurance, add more weight and increase the number of repetitions in your set.
As the beauty queen on your wedding day, you want to look the best for your husband, and look the best in your wedding photos as they will be a lasting memory of your special day to look back on time and time again. Getting toned really does matter after all.
