1. Can the venue cater for the number of guest you are inviting?

2. Are you allowed to bring private caterers.

3. Are there any restrictions on what time your reception has to finish by?

4. Are they adequate toilet facilities for the number of guest coming?

5. Are they Car-Parking facilities?

6. Are they any restrictions on decorations such as balloons, flowers e.t.c

7. Would a Venue Manager be available on the day to answer any technical queries that might arise and ensure the smooth running of the event?

8. Is the venue easy to locate?
